What is shipped, when, and why. Newest first.

v1.0.4

Post-beta updates · July 2026

Patch and minor updates shipped since the public beta, all within the existing intended purpose:

  • Personalised answers. Responses are now tailored to your specialty, training level, region and exam target, set during onboarding and editable in your profile.
  • First-login onboarding. A short safety notice and profile setup on first sign-in, so answers are pitched correctly from the first question.
  • Trust display consistency. The verification banner, confidence score and citation chips now derive from a single verdict, so they can never disagree with each other, and a well-supported answer is no longer labelled as if it failed.
  • Public site. New Features, Pricing, How it works, Evidence engine and For trainees pages, with a consistent header and footer across the site.
  • Accessibility & UX polish. Clearer focus states, labelled form controls, and copy fixes across sign-in, onboarding and the answer surface.

v1.0.0

Public beta · MHRA registration confirmed 9 May 2026

Initial public beta of MyRadAssistant. Two functions live:

  • Evidence-cited Q&A. Class I medical device under UK MDR 2002 (Rules 1 and 12). Borderlines determination 17 April 2026; manufacturer registration confirmed 9 May 2026; Declaration of Conformity v1.0 issued.
  • Report critique. Professional medical education, not a medical device (MHRA Borderlines determination 17 April 2026).

Underlying evidence engine, three-tier source ranking, calibrated synthesis language, and inline citation anchoring all shipped in this release.

Versioning policy

MyRadAssistant follows semantic versioning of the device per IEC 62304. Major releases (X.0.0) reflect changes to the intended purpose or device function and require classification re-review. Minor releases (1.X.0) add features within the existing intended purpose. Patch releases (1.0.X) are bug fixes and copy changes.

For regulatory continuity, the production device version is also recorded in the Technical File (Section 02) and on the Declaration of Conformity v1.0.
